30-day returns

If you are not satisfied, return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

• Email support@rushhourgoods.com with your order number.
• We will reply with a prepaid return label and instructions.
• Drop the package at any USPS location.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item.

Exchanges

Want a different item instead? Let us know in your return email and we will help you swap it.

Damaged or defective

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost to you.
